Thank You for 1000 Subscribers!

Today marks a significant milestone for our channel – reaching 1000 subscribers after 248 days of dedicated effort. This achievement is a testament to your unwavering support and engagement. While 1000 subscribers might seem modest compared to channels with hundreds of thousands, the journey here has been far from easy, requiring immense learning and patience.

A Journey of Growth and Learning

Our journey began on April 6, with the first subscriber (guess who?). Initially focusing on pandas dataframes, the channel soon pivoted to topics like Langchain and no-code tools such as Langflow and Flowise. We delved into in-depth coding tutorials covering OpenAI function calls and stock chart analysis.

In an interesting turn, our code interpreter predicted reaching this subscriber milestone by September 7th. However, a shift in content to less accessible topics like Langsmith and Python in Excel temporarily slowed our growth due to their limited availability.

Refocusing and Building Momentum

Learning from this, we refocused on popular topics like Flowise, introduced AutoGen, and improved our presentation with Dall-E generated thumbnails. This change brought back momentum, with new content on PrivateGPT and TaskWeaver.

The key takeaway from our channel’s journey is the importance of starting and persisting. Even when weekly uploads were disrupted, resuming our schedule helped maintain continuity. For those interested, “Atomic Habits” by James Clear is an excellent read on this topic.

Looking Ahead: Automation and Growth

With over three decades in programming, it’s time to leverage AutoGen, TaskWeaver, and AI agents to automate more work. Stay tuned for exciting developments in 2024!

Our next goal is channel monetization, specifically achieving 4000 hours of watch time.
